Technology and digital businesses

A product is not yet a company. Build the company around it.

I help software, digital and technology-services businesses see what is failing without an alarm, in delivery, access, data and the people and vendors they depend on, and fix it so it holds.

Built for

  • Founders and CEOs
  • CTOs and technical leads
  • Heads of operations
  • Owners of agencies and software-services firms

What I look at

Six views of the work.

Before any engagement I map the regulators and rules that apply to your sector in Ghana. This is a first look, not legal advice.

Delivery and uptime
Whether the platform stays up under load, and whether anyone would know if it did not.
Security and access
Who can reach what, how access is removed, and where one account holds everything.
Customer data and its duties
What you hold about people, where it lives, and the duties that come with it.
Key people and vendors
What stops if one person, supplier or platform is gone.
Revenue path
How a lead becomes paid work, and where it drops out.
What a buyer or investor checks
Whether your numbers and answers hold up when someone looks closely.

What this page shows

I carried a non-profit's website through a surge past 100,000 visits with no service loss, and I found the fault that was silently blocking investor traffic at an agtech platform.

Data protection applies here too.

Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) covers organisations that hold personal data about people. Here that means user accounts, emails, device and usage data, and customer support records. Organisations that hold such data generally need to register with the Data Protection Commission. Confirm your own position with the Commission or a lawyer.

I look at four things:

  • What personal data you hold, and where it lives
  • Who can open it, and whether that list is current
  • Whether you could get it back after a lost laptop, phone or account
  • What you would do, and who you would tell, after a breach

This is a first look, not legal advice. A lawyer confirms your exact duties.

Let's talk about what your organisation needs next.
