Who I am

I am Nana Krobea Asante Sekyere, trading as EYEKROBEA, in Accra, Ghana. I decide what personal details this site collects and why. You can reach me at the address at the end of this notice.

The contact form

If you send the form, I receive your name, email, organisation, role, what you need, when, a budget range, an optional proposed date, and your message. I use these only to reply to you and to decide how to follow up.

The site sorts enquiries automatically. It uses your answers on role, timing and budget to decide whether to show a booking link or to tell you I will reply within 48 hours. No one is turned away: a person always replies.

The form sends your details by email through a form service called Web3Forms to my inbox. This site does not keep its own copy. Web3Forms and my email provider handle the message under their own terms.

The free checklists

Your answers stay in your own browser while you use a checklist. They are not sent anywhere unless you press the button to talk about your result. That button takes you to the contact form with a short summary filled in, and nothing is sent until you submit the form. The summary is cleared from your browser once the form reads it.

Booking a call

If I offer you a booking link, the booking happens on Cal.com. Cal.com collects the details you enter and handles them under its own privacy policy.

Visits to the site

If I turn on Cloudflare Web Analytics, it counts visits to pages. Cloudflare describes this service as working without cookies and without tracking you across other sites. I use the counts to see which pages are read.

My writing page shows posts from my Substack. If you subscribe on Substack, Substack handles your details under its own terms.

How long I keep things

I keep an enquiry only as long as I need it to reply and follow up. If we work together, I keep what the work needs. You can ask me to delete your enquiry at any time.

Your rights

Under Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843), you can ask what details I hold about you, ask me to correct them, and ask me to delete them. Write to me and I will answer. If you are unhappy with my answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission.

What this site is not

The checklists and articles are general information to help you look at your organisation. They are not legal, tax or financial advice, and they are not an audit.
